I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over five years' counseling experience. I have worked with individuals with a wide range of concerns including trauma, depression, anxiety, mood, personality disorders, low self esteem, life transitions, and grief/loss amongst other areas.
My counseling style is nurturing and client-centered. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, trauma-focused, amongst other modalities. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, concerts, stand-up comedy and looking for the next adventure.
One thing that I do on a daily basis that supports my mental and emotional well-being is writing in my gratitude journal.
I recharge by going on a walk daily. It is so important for me to move my body and have time set aside for alone time and reflection.
