As a therapist, my approach is to provide support in a compassionate setting where you can share any struggles you may be facing in life. I utilize an integrative and trauma-informed approach in therapy. I frequently use techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered, Solution-focused, Strength based, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma counseling and more. With warmth and acceptance, I strive to be supportive in helping you explore who you are and what you want in life. My goal is to meet you where you are at by seeking to understand what type of change and goals are most important to you.

I enjoy traveling with my family, spending time with friends, and getting outside in nature.
I drink coffee while sitting with my dogs, while focusing on prayer and gratitude to start off the day. I often write in a journal and go for a walk or exercise.
I recharge by going for a walk, listening to music, playing with my dogs or making time for myself.
