I believe that you have the right to #SLAY your day every day. While I understand that we cannot control the things happening around us, I help clients understand the importance and skills of creating moments of peace and pleasure in their daily routines regardless of their recent experiences.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have over 14 years of active duty military experience working within the mental health profession, including work in family violence and substance use. My clinical expertise focuses on trauma, depression, anxiety, and increasing self-care and positive images amongst women and girls. As a military veteran, therapist and leader, I also support women in management and leadership looking to balance their work, business and home life.

While progress is important, there are levels to this thing called life, and I am here to support you and ensure that we stay the course and make the strides that you desire during this very important process in your life. What are your interests outside of work?

World traveling is my hobby. I enjoy seeing and experiencing new things in the world and even in my city.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

I am a gym rat. I must work out in the mornings to get my day started. It really helps release any energy that I have in the morning so that I can show up for my clients daily.

How do you recharge?

It's important for me to take downtime on a monthly basis. This is time that is strictly for me and nothing interferes with that. I do this at least once a month. I have learned to unplug.
