What are your interests outside of work?

I love to travel! I am always looking forward to the next adventure where I can see new and exciting places. I love to engage in the culture and history of the places where I visit as well as meeting the people who live there.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?

I love to drink coffee and that is a self care ritual that I engage in every morning. It helps me be more mindful and aware at the start of my day. I take some time to savor my coffee and enjoy the experience which helps me feel more grounded and motivated to start off my day.

What book have you read more than once?

I have read Born to Run many times because it is such an inspiring book. It really helped motivate me to get into running and made me understand how and why it was good for my physical and mental health.

Favorite non-profit?

My favorite non-profit is The Heal Collective. I am on the board of this wonderful organization which helps promote awareness of mental health issues, particularly amongst BIPOC communities.
