Being in nature, listening to music, dancing, and spending time with family and friends.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

Meditation and physical exercise.

Currently, I don't have any pets but as a child I had a dog that I loved. I remember the first day that my father brought him home and surprised me; he was hiding him behind his back and I cried tears of joy when I saw him.
