I offer a safe and compassionate space for my clients to open up while also providing a holistic, collaborative, and integrative therapy approach to support them in reaching their individualized goals. I assess each individual's strengths to empower them through value-based psychotherapy that promotes flexibility and resilience. Additionally, I'm trained in ERP and CBT. My goal is to support my clients as they work towards healing and cultivating a life full of meaning and satisfaction. Together we can achieve emotional and mental wellness while unlocking inner peace and greatest potential.

What are your interests outside of work?

I try to practice yoga and meditation daily and enjoy hiking, biking, singing, cooking, volunteering, going to nature to recharge myself, and spending quality time with family and friends.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?

Daily prayer, morning and night contemplation on my goals, and my personal growth.

What book have you read more than once and why?

You Can Heal Your Life by Louise L. Hay. She is an internationally known leader in the self-help field. Her key message is: "If we are willing to do the mental work, almost anything can be healed." I love this book because the author illustrates that what we give out, we get back. And what we think about ourselves becomes the truth for us.
