I believe therapy is a team effort to work together and engage in the process together. I use a holistic approach helping clients achieve overall wellness.

I enjoy exercise, specifically barre and yoga, as well as baking healthy gluten free/dairy free recipes.
I move my body in some way every single day to help my mental and emotional well-being, whether that is a quick walk outside or a yoga class at a studio.
I love taking baths and meditate to recharge.
