My approach is warm, attuned, non-judgmental, and understanding so each client can feel safe in exploring what brings them to therapy. For therapy to work, clients must feel accepted and heard. I also appreciate and welcome honest feedback and track how each client feels at the end of each session.
Depending on the needs of the client, I bring in Gestalt theory, cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness, and maintain a strengths-based approach. Chances are clients have more tools and skills than they give themselves credit for.

The Bail Project as part of its mission is to combat racism and economic disparities. As we know, a disproportionate amount of people incarcerated are BIPOC and this organization aims to tackle racism in this direct way.
As an introvert, getting time alone gives me energy. Making sure I can carve out 1-2 hours of solo time.
