One thing I do daily to support my well-being is compose a short gratitude list. Practicing gratitude helps me highlight the positive, leading to overall better mood and a more balanced outlook on my life.
Peace is Every Step by Thich Nhat Hanh. This book offers such a beautiful and simple outlook on the benefits of mindfulness and reading it sporadically helps me stay regular and intentional in my mindfulness practice.
I love spending time with my family, our dog Blue, and taking in the natural beauty and great weather of South Florida.
