Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Motivational interviewing (MI), Prolonged exposure (PE), Solution-focused, Strengths-based
I focus on a person-centered approach while incorporating CBT and mindfulness into my practice. I specialize in trauma and have been trained in Prolonged Exposure therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I believe it is important to get to the core of the issue by guiding clients in processing their trauma.
My goal is to help clients build healthier relationships with both themselves and other people by providing empowering them, providing hope, and promoting self-compassion, while also individualizing each client’s treatment.

I went into mental health to help end the stigma associated with reaching out for help.
I have read The Giver multiple times. I think it gives a good perspective on appreciating the emotions we feel, good and bad.
Running and weight lifting is instrumental in my self-care. I use it to destress and improve my mental and emotional well-being so that I can continue to give 100% to my clients.
