Our therapy services are now available in Connecticut, Florida, New Jersey, Texas, and Washington D.C.!
Sometimes it helps to draw support from people going through similar challenges. Join a small group that meets regularly around a specific topic to share experiences, learn together, and hold one another accountable.
Octave’s groups are designed by a licensed therapist around a specific topic, often for a limited timeframe. This allows participants to progress together and move on once they’ve built the necessary skills. Groups are limited to 10-15 participants and meet weekly.
If needed, these sessions can be done alongside individual therapy with another Octave provider.
