Octave’s goal-focused coaching program is rooted in the four domains of emotional well-being. Through a personalized, data-driven approach, you will work with a coach to co-create a plan that supports improving your emotional well-being and achieving your goals via setting weekly action steps, accountability, and the application of evidenced-based tools.
Coaching is designed to fit seamlessly into your day through 30-minute virtual sessions, offered anywhere, via video chat.
