I became a therapist due to my own personal experiences. Initially, it was very difficult for me to seek mental health support, but once I did, I found confidence and healing through therapy. It was that positive experience that led me to pursue a career in this field. Through my experiences, I have gained skills to support my clients by building strong relationships, providing empathy and support, and most importantly creating a safe space.
I understand that everyone's journey is different and unique and therefore I use an open-minded approach to enable growth and mental well-being. To do this, I utilize evidence-based practices and theories such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as Solutions Focused and Psychodynamic modalities to support my clients.

I really enjoy watching game shows and playing board games with my family and friends. I also enjoy attempting to bake delicious treats! In addition, I love to spend my weekends trying new boba spots.
I am very big on getting a good night's sleep! I think it's the best way to get your day started on a positive note. If that's not possible, it's time for a quick nap to recharge!
I have a beautiful German Shepherd named Xena. She is the light of my life!
