I believe strongly in understanding the connection between our physical and mental health. With extensive experience in both mental health and wellness, I bring a unique and balanced approach to clinical work. I provide evidence-based psychotherapy that is values-driven, mindful of our individuality and culture, and emphasizes the importance of physical health and lifestyle as a cornerstone of treatment. I often incorporate methods from a variety of theoretical orientations.

I enjoy most being outdoors and exploring the never-ending adventure the Bay Area provides. I was a collegiate swimmer and later transitioned into marathons and triathlons, so physical activity is my medicine!
I begin every morning with a good workout, usually consisting of cardiovascular exercise. This starts my day with time to be alone in my own mind, to set my intentions for my day, and to feel the rush of a physical challenge.
I do not currently have pets, but grew up with dogs (as a kid we had 7 in my house). Most recently I had 2 Italian Greyhounds, and if I do get another dog in the future I plan to get another iggy, as they are called!
