I would describe my therapy style as eclectic. I collaborate with my clients to develop a strong therapeutic alliance. A balance between empathy, connection, and compassion is my approach to working with my clients. I want them to trust me and consider our time to feel safe and calm. I have worked for adult inpatient addiction programs, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient settings specifically applying Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy strategies. In addition, I have worked crisis intervention in a critical care unit screening individuals of all ages. Overall, I bring a holistic and balanced approach to my clientele.

I enjoy helping people find resolve to conflict. When they are able to feel empowered, it is a satisfying and meaningful profession. I also connect easily with people because I am an empath.
I like to maintain a healthy balanced lifestyle. I workout 4-5 times a week and spend as much time outside as possible with my dogs. I enjoy gardening, hiking, and spending times with friends and family.
I walk my dogs every morning at sunrise. It is my time to stay present and enjoy the outdoors. I do this during all four seasons. I also workout on a bike and weight train 4-5 times week.
I have two Samoyeds (Finn and Foxi) and they are my fur children. My favorite pet story is how I adopted Finn two years ago. He was returned from his owners because they were having a third child and could not care for him. When I met him he leaned on me and gave me a huge hug. It took 10 seconds for me to know we were meant to be with one another. He is the best companion provides unconditional love ever since !
