My Therapy Style

I utilize a multidimensional approach to therapy, exploring each individual's biological, psychological, social, and spiritual needs. I aim to assist my clients in healing from trauma, building self-worth, improving communication in their relationships, and reaching their goals. My therapeutic approach is to evaluate each person within their environment and provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing. I believe in hands-on, experiential learning to know people and cultures. I am experienced in supporting women, individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds.

Why did you become a mental health professional?

I became a mental health professional because therapy gives short-term care that makes a lasting difference in people’s lives.

What book have you read more than once?

The book that I have with me all the time is The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari. It inspires me to keep trying to be a better person, and eventually to live life to the fullest by having a purpose.

How do you recharge?

I spend time with my son, traveling, working out, playing tennis, reading and listening to music
