I have worked with multiple populations in a variety of settings, including transitional-aged youth, adults, older adults, and families. I specialize in treating complex mental health issues including depression, stress and anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, and addiction. I believe in using a whole-person and trauma-informed approach, and I am passionate about the power of resilience and recovery.

I have always been fascinated by human behavior and have close family members with severe mental health issues. I also felt great compassion toward others and wanted to do something meaningful with my life by being able to contribute to our world.
I enjoy hiking, playing with my dog, going on long walks on the beach, eating at good restaurants, and traveling when I can.
Going on walks. Nature and fresh air are very soothing for me.
I enjoy anything by Kurt Vonnegut and have pretty much read all of his books multiple times. I enjoy his wit, writing style, and the humanity in his characters.
National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). I have worked closely with NAMI and have witnessed firsthand the powerful advocacy and support that they provide to individuals, families, and providers.
I enjoy traveling when I can and spending time outdoors.
I have a dog who never barks at anything but will start howling when she hears sirens.
