I specialize in helping adults overcome anxiety and trauma. If you are struggling with anxiety, panic, or feeling stuck in the past due to trauma, I can help. If anxiety is affecting work, school, or relationships it may be time to seek help. If you are struggling with sleep or eating issues it may also be a sign to get some support with your mental health.
When you work with me I spend time getting to know you and your goals. I ask you to think about where you would like to be in 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months from the day we start. I use evidence-based practices for anxiety such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. I tailor these approaches to your specific needs.

I became a therapist after being in therapy myself and being able to heal from trauma and anxiety. I am passionate about providing culturally competent mental health care as a therapist. I believe we have the ability to heal and grow in therapy. I enjoy being part of a person's journey towards growth and healing.
Spending time outdoors, reading, and traveling.
I enjoy meditation.
The Alchemist because I always learn something new despite reading it numerous times.
