I have over 10 years of experience helping individuals manage substance use and mental health challenges. My clinical experience includes providing behavioral health services to a diverse population of adults in outpatient programs, residential treatment facilities, and holistic treatment settings. I have a compassionate, solution-focused therapeutic approach and utilize my experience to help individuals reclaim their power, increase self-awareness, and develop effective coping strategies to live healthy, fulfilling lives. I am passionate about educating others on the role of nutrition in mental health and addiction.

I have always felt naturally called to help others and I have a huge respect for anyone who has the courage to ask for help. I believe we aren't meant to tackle our struggles alone. I enjoy creating a safe, warm space for people to express themselves and discover solutions and strategies to live their very best lives.
When I am not working, I love being with my friends and family, cooking a good meal, traveling, spending time outside (preferably in the sun), and getting overly invested in a good TV show.
At least once a day, I make sure to take a few slow, mindful breaths to bring myself back to the present moment.
I have an orange tabby cat named, Penelope ("Lopey" for short). She loves to cuddle, but only on her terms!
