I am a strengths-centered therapist that focuses on a person as a whole. I enjoy working with people via Telehealth with the ease of technology. I have worked with the use of Telehealth since July 2020. I am passionate about serving people in my community who identify as Latinx being I am bilingual and bicultural. I understand the importance of maintaining a healthy mind and body to better function in life; I began my journey with a therapist as a teen and saw the benefits. My present goal is to provide mental health services to people in my community. Mi primer idioma es el Español y me gusta apoyar a gente monolingua en mi comunidad en necesidad de consejería.

I became a mental health provider because I experienced the need for a therapist as a teen, and because there is a great need in the community for Latinx Bilingual Therapists.
I enjoy volunteer work with various organizations that support people's overall wellbeing!
Listen to music and talk with someone!
Atomic Habits. It is incredible what we can accomplish by making micro changes in our daily life.
I practice gratitude, talk with loved ones, go on walks, and cuddle with my pups!
I have two Pomeranian Doggies. Daisy is about to be 7 years old and Rocky is 4 months old. They are silly and adorable! Daisy loves going on walks and enjoys rubbing her back all over the grass; she looks funny when she does it!
