As a therapist, I aim to provide a space where my clients feel safe and comfortable opening up. I believe the most important aspect of therapy is the therapist and client relationship and I aim to be a safe container. There can be many reasons as to why you are seeking therapy and I am here along your journey. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma-informed, and a Holistic approach when treating clients. I will help you become more aware, understand yourself better, and assist in helping you change your thought process. I hope that therapy can be a place for self-exploration, self-connection, and self-actualization.

I tend to go for walks in solitude since it helps me take care of myself by taking a break and being able to ground myself to the present moment.
I recharge by engaging in activities that bring me joy. I enjoy singing as it helps me connect to my soul and allows my feelings to flow.
I had my Golden retriever Bruno for 11 years and he was my soul dog. His passing was really hard for me and never thought I could have a connection with another dog. About 6 months later, our other dog had puppies and I connected with one of them (Lana). I genuinely think that Bruno brought her into my world to allow me to connect and love another pet. She has a very similar personality to him and I am grateful for this gift as it has helped me heal and experience unconditional love from a pet once again.
