It is a privilege to enter into the lives of my clients, therefore, holding space that shows reverence, curiosity, and compassion is key. My style is warm yet directive. I operate from a strength-based perspective and will highlight the values held by my clients along with the many strengths they bring. I have experience working with high-conflict families and couples and appreciate the work involved in finding new ways of relating. Lastly, I appreciate collaboration and feedback from clients regarding what works, what is not working, and what could be done differently to achieve emotional wellness.

I love to exercise! Going out on hikes and yoga are both ways I re-charge the battery. I also love the arts to include going to hear live music or attending musicals or plays.
My kitties love my attention, so petting them, playing with them, and caring for them fills my cup. I also meditate daily to stay grounded.
The Five People you meet in Heaven — just a great read! Mich Albom is a great writer and brings so much wisdom to the chaos life can bring.

Doing Yoga, petting my kitties, and spending time with family and friends.
I have an elderly cat and a pair of younger bonded kitties. Recently when my daughter moved into her new place, her indoor cat could not be found anywhere. We thought he escaped so we wandered the neighborhood calling out his name with treats in our hands. After about an hour and a half later, we came back home only to find the cat sleeping by one of the storage boxes!
