I am a client-centered therapist who most often utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to treat anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have been practicing since 2010 and have been working predominantly with adults with various mental health disorders and varying levels of functioning ranging from mild to severe. You can expect to be an active participant in therapy with me as I believe it takes teamwork between the therapist and the client in order to successfully meet the goals for treatment.

I have always had this innate desire to want to help people. My parents taught me early on how important it was to empathize with others in need and to give back to our community in some way.
I love going outdoors, going to new places, trying new food, going to the movies, exercising, and spending time with my family and friends.
I eat well, walk often, exercise whenever possible, and spend some quiet time alone to decompress.
I recharge by resting and watching reality TV. Yes, reality TV!
