I believe that suffering is something we all encounter, but the choice to face our vulnerability is where our innate strength and capacity to thrive emerges. Being truly seen, heard, and respected, especially in times of messiness and darkness, can unlock new space for connection, joy, and fulfillment.
As a therapist, I strive to create an environment that is conducive to exploration without fear of judgment, tailoring treatment to meet individual goals and to best facilitate a person’s own ability to heal. I’m here to be part of the growth you seek towards living more authentically and meaningfully.

One of my favorite things to do is cook. I find it can be meditative or chaotic or fun or frustrating, but I enjoy the process. I like that I can make something that’s easy and cozy that I don’t have to think about at all, or I can make something challenging that gives me the opportunity to learn.
To support my mental and emotional well-being daily, I try to get plenty of sleep. I’m lucky that I can prioritize this, especially because 1) I love to sleep and 2) it makes a huge difference for my general wellness if I can be rested.
I’m a big pet person! My dog, Scarlett, is extremely friendly. I’m always amazed by her confidence as she makes cheerful eye contact with every person we walk past. She lives with an unshakeable belief that every person would want to be her friend. If I’m not paying close attention, I’ll find that she’s gently tapping someone’s calf with her nose (she’s small) to say hello when we’re stopped at a crosswalk.
