I came to this work with a deep desire to support others on their journey toward healing and wholehearted living. My approach is a trauma informed lens that affirms client’s culture, gender identity, and strengths. I create safe, inclusive, and warm environments that are uplifting while giving space to address the challenges that are standing in the way of living your best life. I’ve worked with people of all ages who identify with issues of trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, work-related issues, self-esteem, substance abuse, and day to day stressors. I believe our work is best accomplished when we work authentically and collaboratively.

Personal and familial situations led to me early in my career to want to break the cycle of trauma and violence. I've seen how it has impacted my family and where change was possible and where it was not. Where change was possible - there was an emergence of gratitude, wholeheartedness and peace. I'd like to support others on that journey - whatever it might look like for them.
I enjoy spending time with family, listening to podcasts, gardening, Pilates, walks with my dog, and reading.
Deep breathing and practicing gratitude at the end of the day.
The Alchemist, I appreciate the message that we must always be in pursuit of our personal legend (what we are here to do while living). It's inspiring and encouraging.
Equal Justice Initiative: They are committed to ending mass incarceration and excessive punishment in the US, challenging racial and economic injustice, and protecting basic human rights for the most vulnerable people in American society. Why? Because I believe we have a lot of challenges in our criminal justice system that particularly disadvantage the poor the people of color. I have seen it first hand and believe everyone deserves second chances.
Pilates, time with family and fun times with my dog.
Yes! My dog is named Teddy Mamba ("Mamba" because I'm a big Kobe Bryant fan). My favorite pet story - well, I never wanted a dog and fought for a long time not to get one but my kids convinced me and now I love him so much and don't know what I would do without him. He's the best and brings me so much joy!
