My therapeutic approach is holistic (integrative of mind, body, spirit) and humanistic (relational and collaborative), trauma-informed with post-modern approaches such as narrative and mindfulness. I also work from a social justice framework that addresses the social, cultural, and political inequities that impact our mental and emotional health. My aim as a person-centered, trauma-informed therapist is to provide you with a haven in your life where you can feel safe, calm, and connected. Through methods that honor the mind-body-spirit relationship, counseling allows you to tune into your authentic self so it can direct you in becoming embodied, empowered, and healed.
Over the years, I’ve worked with a diverse population of individuals struggling with a wide range of concerns, from students to trauma survivors to fellow LGBTQ+ and BIPOC-identifying folks. Some of my treatment specialties include but are not limited to trauma, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and relational issues.
My goal is to empower you to be your own healer and build the tools you need to heal and be your best version. I welcome and encourage you to take the initial step towards self-love, personal growth, and a safe space to honor yourself.

I have always valued human connection at a young age which really prompted me to get into the field of psychology as human behavior fascinates me. I enjoy holding space for others and supporting people on their journey to healing and empowerment.
Outside of my work, I enjoy the outdoors, riding my bike, practicing yoga, going on hikes, dancing, live music, travel, cultural immersion, community events, personal and spiritual growth, and eating yummy plant-based food.
Travel and cultural immersion are big passions of mine. I have been fortunate to visit many countries, and exploration has been one of my greatest teachers. In addition to helping me develop culturally competent perspectives, I believe my travel experiences have strengthened my relationships and ability to connect with others.
I try to take some time out of my morning to get centered each day through meditation and deep breathing. It helps me significantly and noticed the difference when I don't do it.
All About Love by Bell Hooks because I love how it emphasizes the holistic view of love. It's always a great reminder and book to go back to.
Hunter's Point Family because I appreciate the work they are doing with at-risk youth in a historically underserved community in SF by implementing holistic programs that promote education, wellness, and guidance. I had the pleasure of volunteering for them and was able to witness the great work they are doing.
I believe it's important to fill up my cup and try to stay consistent with my own self-care practices. I recharge by engaging in embodiment practices such as yoga, dance, going on walks, and being in nature.
