Outside of work I enjoy working out and spending time with family and friends.
I workout as a way of support both my mental and emotional well-being. Working out allows me to focus on something positive and to experience a sense of mindfulness by being present in that moment and letting troubles go.
I recharge by spending time with my family and friends.
I have a dog who we rescued 4 years ago on the day that everything shutdown due to COVID. I love to tell this story because that was not planned but the dog was such a great addition to our family and came at a time when we needed something to be excited about.
