I have worked with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, adjusting to grief and loss, relationship issues, parenting problems, self-esteem, compassion fatigue, navigating life transitions, and various other life stressors one may experience. I believe in creating a therapeutic environment where individuals can share, get guidance, explore, trust, heal, create positive life changes, and make sense of senseless situations. In my opinion, everyone has the courage and strength to lead a more fulfilling life; sometimes they just need a bit of guidance along the way. I look forward to working with you.

I have always been intrigued by human interactions and relationships. As I further studied these concepts, I came to realize that I wanted to support others as they navigated the challenges that came their way.
I like to get outside, get some fresh air, and enjoy the sunshine.
All dog rescues, especially rescues that cater to senior dogs.
I have 2 rescue dogs. When I had my first meet and greet with one of my dogs, she immediately got in my lap (60-pound lap dog) and started dozing off. The joke with the staff was that they trained her to do that so she could get adopted.
