I highly respect each person's path to wellness and validate the efforts it takes to make positive change. This is not an easy path but it says a lot about someone's strength that they continue to strive. Whether you are dealing with a challenging situation or stressor, a health diagnosis that has you reeling, or just need support in the accumulation of life's ups and downs, I am here to listen and to help you prioritize your needs. Together we will create an action plan that incorporates the values that you choose and the goals that get you there.

I have always been interested in what makes people tick and how our experiences and perceptions can be so unique. After moving to CA, I worked with court-involved youth, fell in love with the transformative power of therapeutic relationships, and went back to school to become an LMFT.
As a parent of a young child, my time is dedicated to the care and work of motherhood but there is a joy that comes from seeing something through a child's eyes. Slowing down and letting go of the need to cross things off the bucket list has allowed me to witness the simple pleasures of life.
I go on a walk almost every day, to get my blood pumping and to clear my head. Sometimes I talk to a friend on the phone and sometimes listen to music or an audiobook, but lately, I have found peace in the quietness and becoming aware of my breath and the natural world around me.
As an introvert with a very forward-facing career, it is important to find some alone time, although that can be difficult with a young child at home! Not overscheduling myself helps to bring some space and mental calm, as well as practicing self-compassion and gratitude every day.
