I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy treatment modalities as a base and bring in various other treatment methods based on the client. I have worked in several different areas with many different populations including a foster family agency, crisis unit, psychiatric hospital, and EAP programs. I believe in a straightforward approach to therapy. I focus on empowering individuals to empower themselves to make long-lasting changes and enhance the quality of their lives.

I have always tried to help others my whole life. It was a natural fit.
Working out, hiking, riding my motorcycle, and traveling.
I walk my dog every day and try to workout at least 5 times per week.
On the Road by Jack Kerouac. It highlights the thrill of traveling, living carefree, and enjoying life.
Exercise, eating well, spending time with family and friends.
I have a Boston Terrier. His name is Poe. He is the best dog in the world, according to me. My favorite dog story is when I was a child, we had a small dog. The dog absolutely hated the mailman. At times she would run at full force into the window and jar the mailman. I am sorry that he had this experience but I cannot help but to laugh when I think about it.
