I come from a military family and have always grown up with wanting to be of service to others. My grandfather was shot in WW2 before we knew what PTSD was. I have always been passionate about helping others through life's toughest moments.
I love spending time with my family, being outdoors, and going hiking. I enjoy reading, going to sound baths, and learning how to make my own beauty products.
I talk daily to my mother, practice meditation, and journal. I also love to sing and listen to music.
