I strive to create a genuine, collaborative, and non-judgmental atmosphere in therapy. I feel that a strong therapeutic relationship is imperative to success in therapy. I am passionate about my work as a therapist and believe in the innate strength and resiliency of people. I'd be honored to support you on your journey.
MS - Counseling Psychology, Holy Family University
I've always been intuitive, empathetic, and interested in learning about mental health, people, and relationships. I naturally gravitated towards studying psychology and sociology which led me to becoming a mental health therapist.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, with family and friends, watching movies and shows, reading, exercising, and listening to music.
One thing I try to do daily is prioritize sleep and rest. When I am well rested, I am my best self.
I recharge by both being alone and spending time with others, as well as focusing on self-care and engaging in activities that bring me joy.
